It's rare with our platform.  Lawsuits and answers generally do not include citations to caselaw precedent, and we specifically instruct our software to avoid doing so to help avoid hallucinations. It is rare for our software to hallucinate with respect to facts, but that can happen from time to time. You should read all AI generated output before filing it with any court.

It is generally jurisdiction-specific, pulling from local requirements to help ensure compliance, and helps reduce the risk of dismissal by catching potential issues early on. However, if claims have an unusual application, a manual review is wise.
